THATCo’s sales team was an integral part of the business and their main marketing tool was the Sales Portfolio that we crreated as a digital asset so that the team could easily email the document through to potential clientéle in the time of Covid 19 when face to face meetings was prohibited. The Sales Portfolio contained all the primary information for each propety on the business portfolio and provided a digital window to view the properties’ facilities prior to arranging a walk through.
